IE Digital’s User Experience (UX) design process translates the insight and outputs from the user research and discovery phase into a rich user experience that gives users an elegant online journey and makes a measurable impact.
UX design
When we talk about ‘design’, we don’t just mean the way the site looks. We mean how content is structured, how the navigation is tailored to key audiences, how users feel when interacting with a website or app, and how the site is technically constructed.
With the question, ‘how simple can we make it?’ front of mind, IE will hold co-creation UX workshops to define the structure of website content. We will propose an optimal method of navigation, a site structure, and a user experience that’s clean, clear and straightforward, removing or mitigating any potential barriers to engagement.
Next, we’ll create a series of low fidelity mockups (wireframes) and interactive prototypes, designed to prioritise content and carve up on-screen real estate across various devices. We’ll invite you to test prototype websites, mobile apps, and web applications and review wireframes, before refining them according to your feedback and preparing them for user testing.
