IE @ Harnessing the Web 2015
IE’s Digital Strategy Director, Oliver Westmancott is currently putting the final preparations together for IE’s session at Harnessing the Web 2015.
Talking alongside Round Table’s Communication Manager, Nicole Carroll, their session will explore how digital can be used to streamline the member acquisition process and how to push the boundaries of integrating social content into membership websites.
If you’ve not heard of Harnessing the Web, it’s a national web conference organised by MemberWise devoted to providing digital inspiration for membership organisations and associations. A host of extraordinary speakers will be addressing everything from digital transformation to optimising member acquisition. This year will mark IE’s second year at Harnessing the Web, on this occasion we’re speaking alongside client, Round Table.
Taking place on the 4th November, Oliver and Nicole’s session will explore:
- How to improve and automate new member leads
- The key to attaining and retaining members
- How online social content can be used as a primary tool to attract new members
Interested in attending? Save yourself a few quid by registering for an Early Bird pass before the 31st August. We’re also exhibiting there so if you’re going, make sure you pop over to stand 25 to say hello!
This isn’t the first time IE and Round Table have joined forces. Late last year IE’s digital experts gathered to tackle some of Round Table’s latest digital challenges. IE rebuilt their content management system, automated manual tasks and improved the distribution, processing and reporting of enquires.
The result? Increased membership acquisition, streamlined systems and increased member engagement. IE will continue sorting all things tech (managing their websites and CRM) whilst Round Table enjoys focusing on adding value to their members.
"IE brought fresh thinking to our website, challenging us to focus on our users. As well as evolving parts of our web presence, IE has simplified some of our complex internal systems, improving our efficiency and performance."
Cait Allen, Chief Executive, Round Table
